Moradabad: A case has been registered against Uttar Pradesh's MLC and Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Lal Bihari Yadav for allegedly making indecent remarks on Lord Shiva at Kanth police station in Moradabad. The case was registered after Bajrang Dal workers complained about the SP leader's remarks. A case has been registered against Yadav under sections 153A and 153B of IPC.

 

Actually, in a video, SP MLC is seen making extremely derogatory and obscene remarks against Shivling and Lord Shiva. Bajrang Dal leaders have filed a complaint saying that Lal Bihari Yadav has hurt Hindu sentiments. The matter has come to the fore in the midst of the ongoing Gyanvapi controversy in the court, where the Hindu side claimed that a 'Shivling' was found inside the premises of the mosque during the survey. In a similar incident, BJP leader Nupur Sharma was suspended from the party for allegedly making controversial religious remarks during a TV debate.
