The seller of the phone also shared the WhatsApp link. Accused's WhatsApp number opened on clicking on it. At the same time, there was talk of buying a phone from him through WhatsApp. Accused said that 50 percent rupees will have to be paid before booking the phone. Yashvardhan had transferred the money to Paytm of a person named Nasir through online payment. After booking the mobile, 50 percent payment was made. Payment was made to Paytm account of Ram Singh Jatav. After the payment of the rupee, then I got a call that the duty is charged when the mobile comes from abroad, which is returned. 40 thousand rupees more will have to be deposited. At first Yashvardhan refused to give money. But, later due to greed, he paid Anju cover and Swati Baheti's account.
Yashvardhan said that he has paid more than 60 thousand rupees in pieces. After this, when asked about the mobile, the accused stopped the mobile. A few days later, I took out the accused's number and called him, but no response was received. After this, he has filed a case of fraud against the accused.
