Lucknow: UP CM Yogi Adityanath, the country's largest state, has decided to withdraw the cases registered under the Epidemic Act during the Corona period. He said that keeping in view the larger public interest, the cases registered relating to the violation of the Corona Epidemic Act should be eliminated.

Chief Minister Yogi said that a list of tainted policemen with poor records involved in illegal activities deployed in the field including police stations and circles should be prepared and submitted at the earliest. Such people are going to tarnish the image of the UP police. The strictest action will be taken against all. Chief Minister Yogi has bluntly told the Additional Chief Secretary and DGP of the Home Department that not a single policeman involved in corruption should be a part of Uttar Pradesh police.

At the same time, CM Yogi said that the axis of welfare government and good governance are police stations and tehsils. The arrival of new Naib Tehsildars will give a boost to the public hearing. If the revenue promises are settled, more than half of the disputes in the state will be resolved. Naib Tehsildars play an important role in good governance as well as development. He told the newly appointed Naib Tehsildars that we have made transparent recruitment. From day one, honesty is visible in the work. Work sensitively, complaints should not come.
