Common Admission Test, CAT 2017 is over. As the exam analysis floated the internet, it was confirmed that the Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning section was the toughest of the three sections, more so for the forenoon session as compared to the afternoon session. Experts confirmed that the Quantitative Section was relatively easier and would have made many students very happy. However, overall the paper's balance would not shift much. So, the important question becomes, have you done enough to score 90 percentile and above? Here is the CAT 2017 expected cut off and the number of questions you ought to have attempted to score 90 percentile and above in the examination.

Candidates are cautioned that the number shares is based on the estimates of experts who have written the examination. However, there is always a possibility of shift and change in the estimates. Candidates are accordingly advised to consider the estimates as highly probable but not absolute. The actual CAT 2017 cut off would be released with the CAT 2017 results, due in January 2018. Also, the expected cut off and percentile predictor is provided separately for both the slots.

The overall estimate suggests that a raw score of 156 – 160 should place a candidate in the 99 percentile slot. Candidate can also check out their percentile scores using predictors available on the various website. CAT 2017 Results are expected to be released in the month of January. Tentative dates for release of the results would be shared later.
