One cup of besan
Cabbage 250 g
One-fourth tsp coriander powder
One-fourth of small red chilli powder
Three green chillies (finely chopped)
One tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
One-fourth tsp chaat masala

Method of making cabbage pakoras- For this, first of all, in a large bowl, add besan, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped green chillies and water to salt and make a solution. Now after this, strain the besan solution very well. (Take care not to dilute or thicken the solution too much.) Take the mixture of besan is ready. Now add coriander leaves to it. After that, cut the cauliflower pieces in a bowl and wash them thoroughly. After this, place the oil in a pan on medium flame to heat up. Now when the oil is hot, wrap the pieces of cabbage in a besan solution and pour them into the oil one by one. After that, at least 4-5 pieces of cabbage at a time are wrapped in a solution and put in the oil and fry until golden. Now fry the cabbage dumplings well on both sides in oil. Finally, after frying the pakodas, take them on a plate, sprinkle chaat masala on them and serve hot with green chutney, sauce or tomato chutney.
