Lucknow: The CBI has arrested Hamza Ansari, the henchman of Bahubali and former MP Atiq Ahmed, who is wanted in connection with the Deoria jail case in Uttar Pradesh, in connection with the case of molesting and assaulting businessman Mohit Jaiswal. On Friday, he was arrested near a graveyard in the Gaus Nagar area of the Kareli police station area in Prayagraj.

According to the report, after arresting Hamza, the CBI team produced her at the Kareli police station and from there they took him to Lucknow. The CBI court had already issued a non-bailable warrant against Hamza in the case. Not only this, the CBI is now on the lookout for Atiq's elder son Umar, who is said to be absconding at the moment.

Let us know that real estate businessmen Mohit Jaiswal and Atiq Ahmed were both business partners. However, Atiq's eyes were on the entire assets. Although he was lodged in Deoria jail during that time, he ordered his henchmen and abducted him from Lucknow on December 26, 2018. After the kidnapping, Hamza, Atiq's son Umar and his other accomplices took Mohit to Deoria jail. After beating Mohit badly there, Atiq wrote all his properties in the name of his henchmen.

Later, Mohit lodged a case against Hamza, Atiq and his son Umar and others at Krishna Nagar police station in Lucknow on December 28, 2018. There were charges of kidnapping and assault. The case was transferred to the CBI after the case was heard in court. Since then, both Hamza Ansari and Umar have fled. However, after 4 years, Hamza has now been arrested. However, Umar has been absconding since 2018. The investigating agency hopes Hamza will also be arrested soon.
