CBI arrested two people for issuing fake TNPSC appointment orders

Chennai city police Central Crime Branch arrested two people for cheating government job aspirants of several lakhs by issuing fake appointment orders of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). The two accused B Nagendra Rao (54) and A Gnanasekar (43) of Tondiarpet, Chennai were arrested by the CBI based on a complaint by TNPSC secretary B Nandakumar after a few people approached the commission with fake orders.

Among the Cheated were R Padmavathi, a resident of Ramapuram and Sahira from Sembium who has been cheated of Rs 6 lakh. Preliminary Investigation revealed that the duo collected money from several people on the pretext of getting them government jobs in Group 2 category and issued fake appointment orders disguised as originals issued by the TNPSC. Both the accused have been remanded in judicial custody. 

In February last year, the CB-CID arrested four people including a police constable in the 2017 Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Grop II A exam scam. With more people competing for the Governmnet job under various categories, few people take advantage of the Situation and lures aspirants to take Short cut.
