That is why it is going to be decided to match the voice of Anand Giri and the voice of Anand Giri heard in that clip. In an apprehension, it is said that the audio clip is of a conversation on the phone. In which something related to Mahanta has been made which can play a very important role in the disclosure of his death case.

Hearing on Anand Giri's voice sample application today: Chief Judicial Magistrate Harendra Nath has fixed November 12, the date, to hear CBI's plea for testing the voice sample of Anand Giri, who is serving a jail term for inciting Mahant Narendra Giri to suicide. The court said, the judicial custody of the three accused, including Anand Giri, has also come to an end on November 12. Both judicial custody and voice test, sample applications are to be heard simultaneously. CBI officer KS Negi, who is investigating the case, has filed an application in the CJM court seeking permission to take a sample of Anand Giri's voice to bring out the truth in the Narendra Giri's death case.
