New Delhi: In the INX Media case, the special court has issued an order to appear on October 24 to all the accused, including the former finance minister and senior Congress leader P. Chidambaram's son Karti, former INX Media director Peter Mukherjee and public servants. The Rouse Avenue Court issued summons yesterday, ie on Monday, taking cognizance of the CBI charge sheet. P. Chidambaram, who is lodged in Tihar Jail in the case, has also been asked to appear before the court. His judicial custody is also ending on the same day.

The CBI had recently filed a charge sheet against 14 accused in the case. The CBI has not made Indrani an accused as she has become a government witness.
