New Delhi: INX Media case was heard on Monday in Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi. Recently, a charge sheet was filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in this case, in which former Finance Minister P.K. Chidambaram's name was also included. The CBI told the court that there are 14 accused in this case, including 3 people, 4 companies and 7 government officials. The special CBI court will give its verdict after 2 pm on the cognizance of the chargesheet. The CBI has given documents in a sealed envelope to the court.

It was told by the CBI that two people are on bail in this case, Peter Mukherjee and Karthi Chidambaram, while CA Bhaskarraman is on anticipatory bail. During this time, the court asked the CBI, how did section 420, 471 appear in this charge sheet? With whom is cheating done? The CBI has reported that FEMA was violated in this entire episode. On this, the judge questioned whether any action was taken in this? Information has been given by the CBI that no action has been taken by the FIPB in this matter, nor any complaint has been sent to the RBI. The CBI has said that no action has been taken till the charge sheet is filed.

The judge asked the CBI whether there was some noting change? CBI said nothing. The judge further questioned how such section 468 was imposed. Let us tell you that earlier when the charge sheet was filed in this case, the CBI had requested not to give bail to anyone.
