CBI raids on 17 locations of Lalu family, action taken on allegations of corruption

Patna: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has raided 17 locations linked to RJD chief and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav. It is being told that these raids are being conducted at the places of Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and daughter Misa Bharti in Patna, Gopalganj and Delhi. CBI has taken this action in a case related to corruption, whose protest has started. RJD workers are attacking the central government regarding this.

Actually, this matter is related to the recruitment scam. It is alleged that land and plots were taken in lieu of getting jobs. After investigation in this case, CBI has registered a case against Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Yadav, Hema Yadav and some such candidates who were given jobs in exchange for plot or property. CBI sources have told the media that when Lalu Yadav was the Union Railway Minister, land was taken from people in exchange for jobs. CBI has registered a case in this matter. CBI is raiding 17 locations related to Lalu in this case. He was the Railway Minister from 2004 to 2009. When he was the Railway Minister, when many such cases had come to the fore that land was given in lieu of jobs.
 
Raids are also going on at Rabri Devi's residence at 10 Circular Road in Patna. CBI officers are conducting searches inside the house. This raid is going on since morning. On Lalu Yadav's whereabouts, RJD MLA Mukesh Roshan said that the way the distance between Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav has reduced after the Iftar party and both are seen together, BJP is upset due to this. Roshan said that CBI raids are going on at the behest of BJP. Roshan said that the BJP is conducting raids with the intention of harassing and harassing the Lalu family.
