Gandhinagar: In the Unnao rape case, the CBI court has allowed the investigating team to conduct Narco test and brain mapping of truck driver Ashish Kumar Pal and cleaner Mohan Srivas, after which both will be medically treated today. Judicial Magistrate Subrata Pathak, who is in charge of the CBI court on the appeal of the arbitration, has given its nod to the investigating team, after which both will be tested at Gandhinagar in Gujarat today.

It may be mentioned that on Friday, Deputy CBI SP Ram Singh had sought permission to conduct Narco test, brain mapping and finger print test of the accused. He had said that all these tests of the accused were required to be conducted to discuss the matter. The court then cleared all the tests on the plea of the CBI investigation team and the consent of the accused.

The court, on the other hand, has also ordered the CBI to hand over the accused by 4 p.m. on the 14th of August, with the permission of the trial. On July 28, the victim was on her way to Rae Bareli jail to meet her uncle with her aunt, aunt and lawyer, while the victim's car was hit by a truck in Rae Bareli. The driver, including the victim's aunt and aunt, died in the incident, while both the victim and her lawyer are in critical condition. Both the victim and the lawyer are currently undergoing treatment at AIIMS in Delhi.
