The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE - Central Board of Secondary Education) has issued a circular regarding the board exams, besides giving relief news for private students. In this circular, CBSE has instructed the center superintendents to allow all private candidates to appear in the examination. Then whether or not their admit card issued by CBSE has the signature of the Principal. However, the board has deemed the parents' and candidate's signature on the admit card mandatory.

The board said that these instructions have been given to private students appearing in the class 10th and class 12th examinations to eliminate the bottlenecks. CBSE has started the 10th and 12th annual examinations from February 15. Exams for optional and additional subjects are going on right now. Controller of Examinations, Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj has said that the Center Superintendent of all examination centers where the board exams for Class X and XII are being conducted, should allow the examinations to be conducted.
