The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has responded to a piece of false material being circulated on the WhatsApp messaging platform. The CBSE will prepare the question papers for the class 9 and class 11 final examinations, according to the letter.

CBSE has denied that such a scheme is on its plans. 'It is emphasized that you should not trust any information circulating on social media that is not published on the board's website.' All information is first published on the Board's website. As a result, only information published on the Board's website is verified,' students have been told by the Board.

Meanwhile, the government's fact-checking office, PIB fact check, has posted the message on Twitter and encouraged students not to spread such incorrect information. The CBSE had already announced the changes it has chosen to make to the next board exams in order to allow proper and timely student assessment. It has not, however, made any announcements on school exams and assessments other than the board exams.
