Agra: A case has been filed in the case of breach of privacy in Lohamandi, the police station of Agra in the state of Uttar Pradesh. According to the allegation, another neighbor put a camera on his house to monitor the house of a neighbor. The camera was not removed even after protests. On this, the victim complained to the police. The case turned out to be correct in police investigation. Subsequently, the case was filed. The police have started investigating by seizing the camera and DVR. This first case of this type has been filed in Agra.
The woman of the police station Lohamandi area has complaint against Pankaj Garg, an iron-sheet businessman, who lives in front of the house. The woman says that the neighbor has a three-story house. On the last floor, Pankaj has installed a CCTV camera on the outside. In the JD of the camera, the roof and courtyard of the woman's house come. Women run beauty parlors. He has written in the case that the privacy of his home is being disturbed by the camera.
The daughter-in-law and granddaughter also live in the same house. There is a possibility of untoward with him. The police has registered a case under the section of the IT Act on the information of the woman. Simultaneously Inspector Prem Niwas Sharma, Inspector-in-Charge of Police Station Lohamondi said that the victim was investigated after receiving the Complan. The camera had the roof and courtyard of the victim's house coming. On this, the culprit was asked to remove the camera. But he did not do it. Action has been taken on this after investigation. Camera and DVR seized. Also, the investigation of the case is going on continuously.
