There has been a major accident in Coonoor between Coimbatore and Sulur in Tamil Nadu. Airforce aircraft Mi17-V5 helicopter has crashed. Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and some of their family members were also in this helicopter. A total of nine people were on board the helicopter. This news has created a stir in the entire country. A high command meeting is going on including PM Modi. On the other hand, an emergency meeting of the Delhi cabinet is going on in which NSA Ajit Doval was also present. The whole country is praying for his well being.

CDS Bipin Rawat (CDS Bipin Rawat Health Update) belonged to Uttarakhand. He was made CDS after retiring from the Army Chief. He was the highest military officer of all three armies. He was also the first CDS of India. After the plane crash of Bipin Rawat, people are now praying for his well being. The whole of Uttarakhand used to see it as its pride. People are also going to each other’s houses to get information about their condition. General Rawat is a native of Sain village of Dwarikhal block of Pauri district.
