After the festival of lights -Diwali, Chinesse smartphone makers Xiaomi have cut the prices on few of their smart phone models. It attributed the rate raise to the depreciating rupee against the US dollar. The Xiaomi hiked the cost of the Redmi 6, Redmi 6A by up to Rs. 600. However, Xiaomi has now announced a price cut on three of its popular smartphones in the Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 20,000 price brackets. It has received a price drop of Rs. 1,000 each and the new prices are reflective from today means Friday.
Xiaomi Mi A2 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is available for Rs. 15,999 after Rs. 1,000 price cut. Likewise, the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage is available at Rs. 18,999 after the price cut. Xiaomi Mi A2 has a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display and it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with Adreno 512 GPU. The device also includes up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage with a dual camera setup- 12-megapixel + 20-megapixel and a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone is supported by a 3000mAh battery.
