New Delhi: The High Level Committee of the Central Government has also accepted the decision to ban 59 Chinese apps. The committee includes officials and representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Law, Ministry of Electronics and IT, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, as well as representatives of CERT-In (Computer Emergency Response Team).

The central government committee has also approved the decision to ban 59 Chinese applications. In view of the data sharing methodology of these applications, the IT and Electronic Secretary had decided to ban using his emergency authority. On Wednesday, the government committee has also justified this decision in its meeting. Let us tell you that there is an interim ban on Chinese apps. Now before taking a final decision, the representatives of these Chinese apps will get a chance to present their case before the committee. According to the information, representatives of these companies can present their case before the committee within a week.

Let us tell you that on Monday late night, the Indian government had banned 59 Chinese apps. These apps were described as a threat to the security of the country. The most popular app in the ban app was Tiktok. However, Ticktock stated that it does not share data with any country.
