New Delhi: There has been a slight decline in the cases of corona infection in the country, but there is no complete relief from the epidemic. Every Indian is hopeful that the government will give Corona vaccine to everyone. If you are thinking the same thing, then you are wrong. The government has issued a statement on Tuesday and clarified that the corona vaccine will not be applicable to the entire population of the country.

Rajesh Bhushan, Secretary of the Union Health Ministry, said while discussing with the media that, I want to make it clear that the government has never said that the entire country will be covered by Corona vaccine. He said that it is important that we discuss such scientific issues, which are based only on factual information. Bhushan said that the average daily positivity rate in India is 3.72% and India has the lowest number of cases per million count among all major countries, with 211 cases per million.

The Director-General of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Prof. Balaram Bhargava says that the government's goal is to break the link of the virus by first vaccinating a large population. He said that if we are able to stop corona transmission by applying vaccine to a small population, then the entire population may not need to be vaccinated. He clarified that it is the responsibility of the central and state government to clear the confusion about the vaccine.
