TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Simran Khanna has divorced her husband Bharat Dudani. According to a media report, the actress herself has confirmed this. On contacting Simran, she has said that the news of her divorce with her husband is true.

Simran is also the sister of Chahat Khanna. She played the role of Gayatri Goenka aka Gayu in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Simran was married to Bharat Dudani. Both have a son Vineet. After divorce, Simran's husband has taken custody of the son. Simran said that even after divorce with Bharat, both shares a good relationship. There is no bitterness in her mind.
