How to:

Warm up the body before doing any posture.
Lie down on the back for the chakras and bend the knees.
Keep in mind that your aids are near the hips.

Now slowly lift your stomach in the air and try to bring the hands and feet close.
This leads to a shape similar to the body cycle.
Keep the body loose while finishing this process.
This posture should be done regularly at least 3-4 times.

What are the precautions-

Do not do this posture if you are suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease or hernia. At the same time, pregnant women should also abstain from this yoga posture and should not do this posture even to the patient of Spondalatis.
