Chandigarh: In a minor incident on the evening of Holi in Ramdarbar, Chandigarh, a drunk neighbor attacked a seven-month-old boy with a knife. Innocent injured in the attack was rushed to GMCH-32 Hospital, where the boy was referred to PGI after the condition became critical. The innocent has 18 stitches on his head. Sector-31 Police Station has registered a case against Rahul (30) resident of Ramdarbar and arrested him.
