SHILLONG: Ever since he was removed from the post of the governor from Jammu and Kashmir to Goa and then to Meghalaya, Satya Pal Malik has been constantly in the news for his statements. He is often seen criticizing the central government. Something similar happened this time too. Satya Pal Malik, who had come to attend a meeting of the Khap in Haryana, advised the farmers to change the government. Malik said that nothing will happen by dharna, change the raj and sit in Delhi.
According to the report, Satyapal Malik had come on Sunday (6 March 2022) to attend a program organized by Khap and Majra Khap of Kandela village in Jind district. During this, while addressing the farmers, he defended the farmers who despised the Tricolour in the Red Fort. He said, 'Show the dream of Red Fort, all of them will stand. The same thing happened even if not in 6 months, in 10 months they climbed the Red Fort. After this, I told the central government that we have the right over the Red Fort. Don't blame our boys. Don't sue them. Well gone, put your flag on the Red Fort. It was not a party flag. Nishan Sahab was there, for which thousands of Sikhs had sacrificed their lives.
Satya Pal Malik further provoked the farmers and said, "If you do not stay together if you do not understand your questions, then this will happen. Get into the habit of fighting. Two years later, there is an election. If you gather and vote, they will all flee from Delhi. The farmers will rule. There will be no need to ask anyone for anything. The result of the UP elections may not have come, but I have travelled to western UP and am telling about it. No minister could enter any village. Smriti Irani was run several kilometres by the people. I want to say that change the kingdom, make your own kingdom. People will beg you, you won't need to beg. Malik asked the farmers to hoist their flag at the Red Fort.
