Major action in Tablighi Jamaat case, chargesheet filed against 541 foreign members

New Delhi: The team of Crime Branch of the Delhi Police again filed a charge sheet in the Nizamuddin Markaz case in Saket Court on Thursday. In the charge sheet filed against 541 foreign deposits, 3 countries are mentioned, which include Jamaati from Indonesia, Malaysia and Turkistan. In the case of Markaz, 12 different 339-page chargesheet has been filed on Thursday, on which the court will take cognizance on 25 June. In the 47 charge sheets filed so far in the Saket court, around 910 accused have been made.

At the same time, Delhi Police told the Delhi High Court on the petition related to sending more than 900 foreign nationals to the Quarantine Center, so far they have filed 47 charge sheets regarding foreign nationals. The court has agreed to the decision of Delhi Government and Central Government to send 955 foreign nationals from Quarantine Center to another place. But the court has said that all these foreign nationals will not leave these places without telling the court.

All these are foreign nationals who came from different countries to participate in the religious event of Markaj located in Nizamuddin. The Delhi High Court was hearing a petition in which the corona report of more than 900 foreign nationals related to the Tbiligi Jamaat was kept in the Quarantine Centers of Delhi even after it came negative. 20 of these foreign nationals had approached the Delhi High Court that they should be released from the Quarantine Center.
