Few changes have been made by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE), 2016. It was decided by the commission to take the Tier- I and Tier - II examinations in computer based mode in place of OMR based mode.

The duration of the exam would be of 75 minutes. The candidates who are suffering from Celebral Palsy would get 100 minutes to complete the examination.

Also, the exam would carry a total of 200 marks in which the number of questions will be 100 in Tier - I examination.

The exam is scheduled to take place from August 27.

The negative marking system will remain unchanged in Tier II but there will be negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer in Tier I.
