tyle="text-align: justify;">Oily skin is a common issue that often starts from adolescence and becomes worse with age. It's quite irritating to see your freshly washed face turn into an oil slick in no time. But there are ways to keep your face less oily. Though you'll be in a constant battle to keep your skin in best condition, but the following few tips sure are worth a try:-

  • Wash your face regularly:- make a habit of washing your face with warm water and a very selectively chosen soap atleast twice a day. Avoid the kind of soaps which contain chemical additives in them, they might be harsh for your skin. After washing your face , don’t forget to use a cleanser and oil-free moisturizer that'll keep your skin supple.
  • Use natural-homemade masks:- use nature and homemade face packs. Make clay -based masks like the ones made of "multani mitti" to get rid of excess oils on your face. Apply such masks atleast twice a week and that'll do the trick.
  • Pay attention to your diet:-don’t eat excessively oily and fatty food. Avoid junk-food at all costs. Be sure that you drink plenty of water; your skin shouldn't be dehydrated.
  • Drink lemon water:-lemon and other citrusy fruits will help your skin appear fresh. Squeeze a lemon in some warm water, add a tablespoon of honey to the mixture and gulp it down every morning. You’ll notice a drastic change in your skin pretty soon!
