Celestial Delight: Chennai Residents Marvel at International Space Station - On May 10, Chennai residents were treated to a special celestial sight as the International Space Station (ISS), known as the 'third brightest object in the night sky', made its appearance. NASA had earlier announced that the ISS would be visible to the naked eye from various Indian cities between May 8 and May 23.

The ISS appeared as a bright white dot in the sky from 7:07 pm to 7:09 pm, according to one user. Despite cloudy weather, many were able to spot the space station, with some describing it as resembling a moving star.

If you missed the sight, don't worry! You'll have more chances to catch a glimpse. According to Spot the Station, the ISS will be visible over Chennai skies on May 11 at 5:02 am, as well as on May 12 at 4:14 am and 7:08 pm, May 13 at 5 am, and May 14 at 4:14 am.
