CHENNAI:India's first "manless takeaway" was introduced in Kolathur by a food entrepreneur located in Chennai. The BVK Biryani, a business run by Bai Veetu Kalyanam, delivers real, high-end biryani prepared in the manner of a wedding and cooked over coals and charcoal.

Bai Veetu Kalyanam, often known as The BVK Biryani, a startup from Chennai, has established a distinctive unmanned takeaway ordering experience centre in Kolathur. They are well-known in Chennai for serving real wedding-style biryani that is cooked over coal and wood. Social media users have been interested in a video that shows the complete procedure of ordering food from this location. Customers can rapidly browse the menu on the 32-inch displays at the pop-up shop, place orders, and pay by scanning QR codes or credit cards. There won't be any unneeded breaks in this process.

The eatery has 32-inch displays where diners can browse the menu, place an order, and pay with cards or QR codes. The time remaining for food preparation will be displayed once the payment has been made.

The "open door" option will appear on the screen when the dish is prepared. The only steps required of the consumer are to select the "open door" option and take the food box out of the dispenser.
