Every year, Chhath Puja is done on the Shashti Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month. Chhath Puja is considered a special festival in Hinduism. Although it has started from 18 November and today is the main worship of Chhath festival. This fast is very difficult. Women observe fast for 36 hours during the festival of Chhath. The festival of Chhath starts from Nahay-Khay and many types of dishes and fruits are offered to the Chhath Maiya in Chhath Puja. Today we are going to tell you what things should be offered to the Chhathi Maiya to make her happy.

Dhab- It is said to appear larger than the normal lemon. In the taste, it is sweet with sourness and this fruit is considered the purest fruit.

Banana- It is said that banana tree is considered very sacred. Due to this, bananas are also offered to the Chhathi Maiya. 

Coconut- It is considered pure fruit in worship. With its surface being very hard, it seems at a height, due to which animals and birds are not able to taste it. Due to this, coconut is also considered a symbol of Goddess Lakshmi.

Suthni Fruit- This fruit looks and tastes like sweet potato. It is said that this fruit is considered very pure and is used in the worship of the Chhathi Maiya.

Sugarcane- It is also offered in Chhath Puja. Form the shape of the house by tying it upwards along with the green part of the sugarcane, then worship at that place.
