Bilaspur: To stop daughter-in-law from getting the deceased son's job, the in-laws presented the picture of the daughter-in-law's fake marriage in the court. Both the lawyer and the judge who were seeing the picture were surprised. In the picture, the woman of Baikunthpur region was shown getting married to film star Salman Khan. The court considered this picture to be false. The decision has just come in favor of the daughter-in-law. The family court has asked to give all the rights to the daughter-in-law.

Daughters-in-law have appealed to the High Court against the decision of Baikunthpur family court. The in-laws even said in court that the daughter-in-law had never had any relationship with their son. According to reports, Advocate of the High Court Sunil Shukla said that Basantlal, a resident of Pandopara Kalri in Baikunthpur, was married to Rani Devi, a resident of Deora Bhaiyathan Surajpur. They lived together for years. Basant was employed in Kalri's SECL.

On 25 July 2013, Basant committed suicide by hanging himself at home. After this, his wife was thrown out of the house by her in-laws saying that they do not consider her the wife of Basant There has been a case in this case in the High Court. High court advocate Sunil Shukla is appearing for her on behalf of Rani. He is the one who has sent his first marriage to Salman in the records sent by the family members of Rani from Baikuthampur family court. Advocate says this is an edited photo. Rani's in-laws are doing so prevent her from getting a job in SECL.
