Raipur: In many districts of Chhattisgarh, this year too, the work of making eco-friendly diyas made of dung and soil on Deepawali is going on on a war footing. Several women's groups are working for this, which has also been praised by the district collector. Last year, after the devastation caused by the Corona epidemic, big money was earned from cow dung lamps and statues to beat the Chinese goods.

It was also highly appreciated by the government and the administration. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has spoken several times about Vocal For Local. It is also being promoted on the same lines this year. Now Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has also given important orders on potters, self-help groups and small artisans on the occasion of Deepawali. He said no government fee will be charged to help them all. CM Baghel has issued instructions to all district administrations in this regard.

CM Baghel has also requested the public to buy Deepawali items from local artisans. The festival of Diwali is coming and thousands and millions of people are also employed with this festival. Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has directed the administration not to charge any tax or fee from potters, self-help groups and small artisans on the occasion of Deepawali. He has directed all district administrations to provide full cooperation and facility to artisans and vendors.
