In fact, Sudha Rajwade had filed a petition in the Bilaspur High Court, in which 16 people, including the Shiva temple, are accused of occupying government land. The High Court heard the matter. At the same time, the court has ordered the state government and the Tehsildar's office to investigate it. With this, the Tehsildar's office has given notice to 10 people, while serving the order of the court. It is being told that in the notice issued to the occupants, the name of Shiva temple is at number six. Not only this, the notice has not been addressed to the trustee, manager or priest of the temple, but the notice has been issued directly to the Shiva temple i.e. Lord Shankar.

In the petition filed in the High Court, 16 people were told to occupy the land, but after checking the site, 10 names have come up. It also has a Shiva temple, built on the occupied land. Ten days' time has been given to all by issuing notices. After that further action will be taken.
