Recent new cases of crime are all shocked. The case that has come to light is from Raipur. In Chhattisgarh, a rape victim has filed a petition in the High Court seeking permission for abortion. Hearing the petition on Tuesday, the Chhattisgarh High Court directed the CMHO of Bilaspur to submit its inquiry report before the court on Wednesday. According to reports, the matter will now come up for hearing on Thursday. A bench of Justice Prashant Mishra in the High Court on Tuesday directed the victim to appear before the Chief Health and Medical Officer of Bilaspur on Wednesday in view of the seriousness of the case.

In this case, CMHO has been asked to conduct a health test for the girl and cmho has been instructed to indicate whether abortion can be allowed as per the provisions of the MTP Act 1971. The High Court has directed the state government to submit a medical report while prescribing the hearing of the case. In a petition filed in the High Court, the victim has accused a young man named Manish of raping her.

This is the reason why she is pregnant and the victim does not want to give birth to the child, so she has sought permission from the High Court for abortion. After a preliminary hearing on the petition in the case, the court had issued notices to others, including the accused youth, seeking their response.
