necessary ingredients
To mix
1 cup chickpeas
1 tsp green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tablespoon semolina
1 1/2 tsp ino fruit salt
Salt to taste

For tempering
1 tsp rye
8-10 curry leaves
1 tablespoon oil


For decoration
Coconut Powder
green coriander

Method - For this, first put water in a vessel and keep the chickpeas soaked overnight. After this, make a paste by adding chilli, green chilies and some water to the grinder jar. Now mix paste, semolina, asafoetida, salt and turmeric powder in a vessel and mix it and keep it for 10 minutes. After this, keep the water in a deep-bottomed pot on medium flame to heat it. Now apply oil in the mold of dhokla and after the time, put eno in the batter and mix it and put it in the mold. Now put the mold in a deep bottomed vessel and cover it and cook for 15 minutes. After the time, turn off the gas and take out the dhokla on a plate. After this, keep the oil in the pan on medium heat for tempering on the other side. Now add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now put the prepared tempering on the dhokla. Chhokla Dhokla is ready. You can serve it hot with chutney by adding coconut powder and green coriander.
