Ingredients for making chicken tikka- 
Boneless chicken: 150 grams
Curd: 50 grams
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp to taste
Black pepper:1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Oil: 25 grams
Onion: 1
Capsicum: 1/2 pieces

Method of making chicken tikka- First of all, add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt and a little bit of black pepper in a large pot. Now after this, add lemon juice and 2 tsp oil to it, and mix it well. After this, wash the chicken pieces in it and put it. After that put chopped capsicum and onion in it. Now mix it well and cover it for 10 minutes and leave it on. After this, for 10 minutes, then decorate it in a wood or on a rod. Now put it on the plate. After this, heat the pan on the gas and put the rest of the oil on it, and then place the chicken on it and cook it for 5 minutes. Now turn it over and cook it on the other side. After that, turn it over and cook it well all around. Take the chicken tikka is ready to cook. It takes 20-25 minutes to build.
