Barwani: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has recently said, "It is my government's goal to bring a smile on the face of the poor.'' In fact, the Chief Minister was addressing the honor ceremony of the beneficiaries who benefited from the central and state government schemes in Barwani last Wednesday. In his address, he said, "I am more gentle than flowers for gentlemen and more rigid than thunderbolt for goons, miscreants. Will leave no stone unturned in delivering the development plan to the person standing in the last line of the society. Schemes formulated for the benefit of the poor will continue. The schemes which were discontinued by the previous government are being re-launched.''

Along with this, he honored the beneficiaries with a wreath and offering shawl, quince, and Bhagavad Gita. During this program, Shivraj Singh Chauhan planted a mango plant and worshiped girls in the premises of the Mummai Mata temple. He then announced the construction of a community building costing Rs five lakh for the devotees in the temple premises. During this, he informed that 'One grain each of the farmers will be purchased at the support price. Pucca houses of every poor will be built in the next three years. In every village of the state, house-to-house water will be transported through taps under the water mission.'

In addition, he told the self-help group women, "The census is being procured from them or from a contractor. The women said that they are distributing the census by sewing them. After knowing this, the Chief Minister expressed happiness that loans will now be provided at two percent interest to advance the group of women. He further said that the street vendor scheme has proved to be very effective for small business persons from the lockdown circumstances. The scheme will be continued further.'' In addition, he also said, "applying masks can prevent 90 percent corona infection." So, everybody should use masks compulsorily and in a proper manner.
