Andhra Pradesh: Padmata K Datta Peetham of Vijayawada has a worldwide reputation and Sri Ganapati Satchidananda Swami has been preaching Hindu by opening Datta Peetham branches in 35 countries. In addition, he started another 89 branches in India, through which free food and medical camps are being provided to the poor.

A program called Music for Meditation and Feeling is performed under the name Raga Sagar Nada and music therapists are being established in many countries for healing through music. Satchidananda reached Swami Ashram. After reaching the temple, the Chief Minister first had darshan of Goddess Markatha Rajarajeshwari and performed special worship.

After this he met Satchidananda Swami. The Chief Minister's visit to the ashram was arranged by the Chief Minister's security personnel and other police officials and it was ensured that no untoward incident took place. Krishna District Collector J Niwas and other police officials visited the ashram on Sunday and inspected the arrangements and security measures being taken in view of the Chief Minister's visit.
