Beijing: Atrocities against Uyghurs Muslims continue in China's Xinjiang region. Recently, the Chinese administration has made up its mind to make their religious place a hotel. The mosque in Hotton province, which was demolished in 2018, was first named Hilton Plan. But, now the name of the project has become 'Hepton in Hotel'. According to media reports, it was opposed by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (SCAIR), a group of more than 40 Muslim-American civil rights organizations, in view of such arbitrary views of the Chinese government.

Nihad Awad, executive director of the organization, had said that he had received information in June about the proposed project. According to him, the project is a violation of human rights which will be a partner in the suppression of the faith and faith of Uyghurs Muslims. Speaking at a press conference held in front of Hilton headquarters in Virginia, the organization had said they were "indirectly discussing" with the hotel group that the construction plan be repealed. However, the talks did not yield any positive results. So he called for a 'global boycott' against Hilton.

China, on the other hand, has been rejecting all these claims from the beginning. China said it did not forcibly demolish any religious site, while media reports suggest that about 16,000 mosques in 900 areas of Xinjiang have either been demolished half or completely between 2017 and 2020. The minarets have been removed from the mosque.
