New Delhi: China is not shying away from its tactics. The dragon has also infiltrated into the border of neighbouring Bhutan amid a border dispute with India. According to media reports, China has illegally occupied an area of about 25,000 acres on the Bhutan border. Not only that, but China has also settled 4 villages here.

@detresfa, a global researcher on Chinese military development, has revealed this through satellite photographs. Chinese villages can be clearly seen in these pictures. Bhutan and China have a long-standing dispute over the area. Both countries claim that the area belongs to them. However, China has arbitrarily established 4 villages on a large stretch of disputed land starting construction work in the last year (2020-21) as of date. Surprisingly, the case comes at a time when China and Bhutan have recently signed a border agreement.

@detresfa wrote in a tweet, "Construction activities can be seen between 2020-21 on disputed land between Bhutan and China near Doklam. China has set up several new villages in the 100 km square area. Is this a part of a new agreement or China's implementation of territorial claims?'' Earlier, there were reports of China settling villages in Arunachal Pradesh.
