Beijing: The corona again wreaked havoc in China. A city of about 50 million residents near Beijing on Tuesday was completely closed due to increasing corona cases across the country. Many of them have been recorded from the capital from the northern province of Hubei. A lockdown has been announced in Langfang City on Tuesday. Residents will have to stay at home for a week and large-scale nucleic acid tests will be carried out, officials said.

A media report in the state said that Chinese experts fear that the new wave of infections can spread to about 70% of new corona infections in the farmers of Hebei in villages. Two counties Guan and Saneh have already been declared domestic warrants under the jurisdiction of Langfang bordering Beijing. Under the new measures, the capital Shixiang in three cities in Hubei, with 11 million inhabitants and more than 7 million population, Zingtai, has now been closed.

People have been asked not to get out of the house in the areas of lockdown. State media reports say strict bandh and control measures have been taken in three cities as the movement of highways from cities has been stopped.
