China is spying on Dalai Lama, big revelations found in intelligence report

New Delhi: China is resorting to espionage and bribery to get information about the Dalai Lama. The Income Tax Department has revealed this. The department has reported that Charlie Peng, related to the hawala business, was trying to get information about the Dalai Lama and his close associates by bribing some Lamas in Delhi.

According to the Income Tax Department, about 2 to 3 lakh rupees were given in packets near Majnu Ka Tila in Delhi. According to the IT department, bribes and espionage were talked about on the Chinese app WeChat. The office boys who worked with Charlie were used to drop packets full of money.

The Income Tax Department has also shared information about the involvement of Chinese agencies in the spying of the Dalai Lama with other government agencies, so that other aspects related to the case can be looked into. Charlie Luo Song had arrested this Chinese citizen from Delhi Police's Majnu Ka Tila area on 13 September 2018. At that time there was a charge of staying in Delhi on the basis of fake passports. Shortly thereafter, Charlie came out of jail on bail.
