Beijing: The conflict in Ukraine is "intensifying and even getting out of control" and Beijing is "deeply concerned", according to China's foreign minister.
In a speech on international security, Qin Gang said Beijing would "work with the international community to promote dialogue and consultation, address the concerns of all parties, and seek common security."
On 24 February, the day before its first anniversary of the invasion, Qin said that Beijing would "continue to promote peace talks." Qin said that in response to US allegations that Beijing may consider sending arms to Moscow.
