Tit For Tat: Corona wreaking havoc in China

New Delhi: More provinces in China are still fighting the coronavirus since the first deadly coronavirus epidemic was reported in Wuhan in 2019. It is also speculated that a lockdown may be imposed in China once again as an order has been issued by the government to people to deposit essential commodities at home. The highly contagious delta version is gaining momentum across the country despite aggressive measures enacted by local authorities to thwart it.

Local infections have been reported in 19 out of 31 provinces in the world's second-largest economy. China on Wednesday reported 93 new local cases and 11 asymptomatic infections. The serious responses needed to ease delta strain havoc have called for a focus on many other countries with zero-tolerance approaches, including Singapore and Australia, and also relying on higher vaccination rates to stay with the Coronavirus.

Order for people to collect essential items at home: There is no doubt that nothing in China goes viral at the earliest as the government has put censorship on the media and social media. However, a newspaper issued an order from the government saying that people should deposit the necessary items in the house at the earliest. While the reason behind this has not been presented to anyone so far, it is being speculated that covid has once again spread in China and the government is going to put up a lockdown there again.
