Beijing: The number of rich and educated women is increasing rapidly in China, who wants to be a mother but does not want to get married. Keeping this in mind, the Chinese government has banned unmarried women from adopting sperm banks and IVF procedures. Women here have been affected by this and are forced to search for alternatives in other countries in search of children.

In China, marriage rates have fallen sharply in the last five years. According to official figures, only 7.2 out of 1000 people got married last year. There is another reason in China that women do not want to get married. Educated professional women face partiality when they come forward for marriage because Chinese men do not want to marry a well-educated spouse.

On the other hand, the women here do not want to let their motherhood become an obstacle in their marriage and hence they are engaged in the practice of sperm donor or IVF process. Analysts have predicted that by 2022 this market of reproductive services in China will reach around 11 thousand crore rupees ($ 1.5 billion), higher than in 2016. But the demand for these services is increasing for Chinese citizens in outside countries.
