Mega Star Chiranjeevi's film 'Acharya' has grabbed everyone's attention, and is all set to release soon. Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan is also in the lead role in the film 'Acharya' directed by Koratala Siva. Apart from 'Acharya', Chiranjeevi will be seen in his upcoming films 'Godfather' and 'Bhola Shankar'. With other actors like Balakrishna and Nagarjuna hosting the show, it was expected that Chiru would bag similar opportunities.
But, it seems that Chiranjeevi has turned down the offer to appear on the OTT platform for now. There are also talks that he was offered a huge remuneration for appearing in an upcoming web series which will be streamed on an OTT platform. is keen to sign a few film projects after the completion of the current films and hence could not allocate his time for OTT ventures. There are reports that Chiranjeevi will be seen as a guest in an OTT show- 'Unstoppable' which is being hosted by actor Nandamuri Balakrishna.
'Acharya' is touted to be an action-oriented drama, with the father-son duo (Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan) sharing the screen for the first time in a full-length film. Kajal Aggarwal stars opposite Chiranjeevi in ​​the lead role, and Pooja Hegde pairs up with Ram Charan. At the same time, the shooting of Chiru's 'Godfather', the Telugu remake of Malayalam hit 'Lucifer', is going on at a brisk pace.
