The versatile Yami Gautam is back with another thriller after her terrifying performances in A Thursday and Lost. Ajay Singh's directed film  Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga starring Yami Gautam, Sunny Kaushal, Sharad Kelkar and Indraneil Sengupta, is now streaming of Netflix.

Plot: A businessman named Ankit Sethi (Sunny Kaushal) boards a flight that includes Neha Grover (Yami Gautam) as a flight attendant. Before they start dating, the two accidentally cross paths again in the city after their brief interaction on the plane. Neha advises Ankit to move forward with the plan and provides him with the support he needs after learning that he has a significant debt that can only be paid off by committing a robbery. Ankit and Neha plan a mid-air heist that might save their lives, but an unexpected hijack throws a wrench in their plans. The main plot is around how the two carry out their heist on a hijacked plane.

Although though Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga does not include a lot of content, but definitely keeps you engaged and interested until the very end. The protagonist fights the bad guys, the girl is hurt and heartbroken, the cop is clever and know-it-all but can't even beat the hero, and the supporting cast is given enough screen time to shine even though they disappear as soon as their part is over. It has a lot of elements in common with a Hindi commercial film.

Both Sunny Kaushal and Yami Gautam give their performances with the utmost sincerity. They work nicely together and are both convincing and believable. The two are doing a great job in their performances of conveying the emotions of angst, anxiety, fear, unease, and helplessness. Playing the confused investigating officer, Sharad Kelkar is excellent. It's difficult to explain Indraneil Sengupta's character without providing background information.

The first review was shared last night on social media by Sunny’s brother Vicky Kaushal. The star wrote: “Hijack, theft, romance and romaanch all in this roller coaster of a Film. Mazzedaar performances and direction. Catch it tonight onwards on @netflix_in.”  One fan comments, “#ChorNikalKeBhaga starring @yamigautam and @sunnykaushal89 on #Netflix is an absolute banger. What starts as a generic hijack heist movie, Ends up with full of twists and turns. The songs and a romantic angle in 2023, Which might seem unnecessary, Forms the driving force.” Meanwhile another fan tweeted: “Just watched #ChorNikalKeBhaga What a film what a performance @yamigautam you just KILLED IT MIND-BLOWING.”

Now, Yami will start to prepare for the release of OMG 2. On the other hand, her co-star Sunny is now shooting Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba with Taapsee Pannu.
