Famous actor of Bollywood films and television, Shivaji Satam (Shivaji Satam Birthday) is celebrating his birthday today i.e. on April 21. Sivaji has acted in more than 35 best films like 'Vaastav', 'Ghulam-e-Mustafa', 'Sooryavansham', 'Nayak'. Apart from this, he has also worked in Marathi and English films. In the serial 'Ek Zero Zero', Shivaji Satam was seen playing the role of ACP Shrikant Patkar but the popularity he got only by becoming the ACP Pradyuman of CID.

Before joining the film industry, Shivaji used to work as a cashier in the Central Bank of India. But his interest in acting forced him to join theatre groups. He used to take time out of his job and go to learn theatre. Due to the inter-bank stage competition, theatre actor Bal Dhuri recognized his talent and gave him a chance. After learning theatre for some time, he got a show called Rishta-Rishta. He made his Bollywood debut in the year 1988 with the film 'Pestonji'. He has been working in CID since 1997 and has also won many awards due to his role. Directed by BP Singh, the show was the longest-running show on Indian television. The first episode was on air 23 years ago on January 21, 1998, which lasted till the year 2018. Due to this show, some of Shivaji's dialogues like 'Something is wrong, break the mercy door... "It's very popular.
