The world's popular automobile manufacturer Citroen is ready for entry into India. According to the information received, the company's first product will be the C5 Aircross which will be introduced in India soon. This MPV of Citron is available for sale in many international markets. It has a unique boxy-shaped look, but will be available in a trademarked Citroen styling headlamp setup and Citroën grille. The Citroen Berlingo MPV is based on a new platform, which is a mix of PSA's new EMP2 architecture and previous-gen MPV platform. In the European market, this new Berlino will be launched with two versions Standard and Longer. The long version of which is called Burlingo XL.
The Citroen Berlingo XL is a 7-seater MPV with bench type seats provided in the second and third RAW. For its second row, users can also choose the option of captain seats. This new MPV is offered in many countries under different PSA's brands like Opel Combo Life, Peugeot Rifter etc. Talking about engine options, the 7-seater Burlingo XL is available with two engine options. This includes a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol and a 1.5-liter DV5 diesel engine. Both manual and automatic gearboxes have been provided with these engine options.
