The application process for CLAT 2020 starts on Wednesday, 1 January 2020. The last date to apply will be 31 March 2020. This exam will be conducted on Computer Mode (CBT - Computer Based Test). Applications will also be taken through online mode. Provisional Answer-Key will be released after the examination. On this, candidates will be given a chance to lodge objections in case of doubt. Answer-key will be released after the final resolution of objections. According to the release schedule, the results of CLAT 2020 will be announced on 24 May 2020. What will be the exam pattern
The exam will be on an objective type pattern. A test of maximum of 150 marks will be taken. The total number of questions for UG courses will also be 150. While 100 questions will be asked for PG. Candidates can be given a maximum time of 2 hours to solve all the questions. The entire test of UG will be an objective type. One mark will be given for each question. Whereas for PG, 100 questions will be of one mark and two questions will be of 25-25 marks. These 2 questions will be subjective.

For admission in law UG programs, candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination from a recognized board or university. However, LLB or equivalent degree is required for PG programs.
