The confirmation of postponement of the Common Law Admission Test 2021 has not yet confirmed.  In view of the rise in Covid-19 cases across the country it’s speculated. As of now, the examination is scheduled to be conducted on June 13.

Earlier an announcement was made by the Consortium of National Law Universities, which is the conducting body of the CLAT 2021 exam that it will decide on the date of entrance soon. The exam has already been postponed from May 9 to June 13. A notification by the Convenor reads, “All applicants of CLAT-2021 are hereby informed “The applicants are advised not to panic at this stage as the Consortium shall be taking appropriate steps as time and situation demand and shall keep the applicants updated accordingly.” 

 Decision regarding the postponement of the CLAT 2021 examination was set to be announced in the first week of May, but no formal notification have been released. Students are advised to keep a check on the official website of CNLUs for more updates.

This year, many examinations have been postponed till further notice due to the Covid-19 situation in the country. The most notable of these is the postponement of the CBSE class 12 exams, which were supposed to commence from May 4. The JEE Main 2021 April and May sessions, UGC NET, NEET PG 2021, UPSC NDA exam 2021, ICAI CA exams 2021, and many other exams stand postponed this year.
